Hey Guys! In todays post I'm showing you the look that I chose to the H&M Autumn 2013 Open House, a few weeks ago. It's been a tough week, the show and everything was amazing and such a great experience, but now I have to catch up with my final exams and projects. So I'm busy busy. ¡Hola Chicos! En el post de hoy os enseño el look que elegí para el Open House de H&M Otoño 2013, hace unas semanas. A sido una semana muy dura, el desfile fue increíble y una gran experiencia, pero ahora tengo que ponerme al día con los exámenes finales y proyectos. Asi que estoy súper ocupado. Espero que vosotros hayáis descansado y disfrutéis el resto de domingo.

Black Mood

 Hello Everyone! Last Friday was my Fashion Show, and everything went great, so good that I even won an award. Right know I'm collecting all the pictures and videos to prepare the post and show you. I had a blast backstage and then in the cocktail I had tons of fun with all my beloved ones and friends that came to see me. Meanwhile here you have a look from a few weeks ago, when me and Patricia went to Caixa Forum to spend the morning and have some coffee in their bar at the top floor. I don't know why but recently I'm wearing a lot of black, also my new vintage find, this amazing bag similar to the Kelly from Hermès that I bought in Mercado de Motores.

¡Hola a todos! El viernes pasado fue mi desfile de mi universidad, y todo fue genial, tan bien que gané un premio y todo. Ahora estoy recopilando fotos y videos para preparos un post y enseñaros. Me lo pasé genial backstage y luego en el cocktail no fue menos, con mis más queridos y amigos que vinieron a verme. Mientras os dejo con un look de hace unas semanas, cuando fui con Patricia al Caixa Forum a pasar la mañana y tomar un café en su bar de arriba del todo. Y no se porqué, pero ultimamente voy vestido siempre de negro y también enseñaros mi última adquisición vintage, este bolso que se parece al Kelly de Hermès que me compré en el Mercado de Motores.

Hey Guys! Here you have your preview as promised. I was going to upload this post this afternoon but the fitting got so long and then we had to do some changes on the clothes, so I was in class sewing until 11 p.m., I just got home and had dinner. So remember that Friday 31st of May (today) 7:00 p.m. at my university ESNE (Avenida de Alfonso XIII, 97) you can attend to the show and see the full collection, the entrance is free so you are more than invited to come. It would totally make my day!

Iba a subir el post esta tarde, pero el fitting se alargó y luego tuvimos que hacer unos cambios en algunas prendas, asi que no he salido de la universidad hasta las 23:00, acabo de cenar y os estoy escribiendo. Recordad que el viernes 31 de mayo (hoy) a las 19:00 en mi universidad ESNE (Avenida de Alfonso XIII, 97) puedes asistir al desfile y ver la colección entera, la entrada es libre, asi que estáis más que invitados. ¡Me haría mucha ilusión!

Last Thuesday, my friend Patricia and me were invited to the H&M Open House, to see in first person their Fall collection for next season, that was presented in the last edition of Paris Fashion Week. I loved all the texture combination and the wealth of the materials and fabrics. The big surprise came when I went into the menswear room and saw a lot of stuff (good first impression) but when I digged into all the racks the real surprise was that, a lot of the clothes were quite unique and very risky, at least more than we what are used to see by most of the mainstream brands, in that way, H&M is a step ahead, which really impressed me and thought it was great! Have a great weekend!

El pasado martes, mi amiga Patricia y yo fuimos invitados al Open House de H&M, para ver en primera persona la colección de otoño, que se presentó en la pasada edición de la semana de la moda de París. Me encantó la combinación de texturas y la riqueza de los materiales. La gran sorpresa vino cuando entré en cuarto donde estaba la ropa de hombre y ví mucha ropa (primera impresión buena) pero cuando busqué entre los burros la verdadera sorpresa fue, que muchas de las prendas eran únicas y muy arriesgadas, por lo menos más de lo que nos tienen acostumbrados la mayoria de las marcas mainstream, en este caso pienso que H&M está un paso por delante, ¡que me impresionó y me pareció genial! ¡Qué paséis un buen fin de semana!

Mix and Match Recipe

A energetic look to start the week with strength. I'm so excited, my collection is almost over, I just need to finish some details and it's done, so soon I'll post a sneak peak of it. And we also know the exact day of the show, it's going to be the Friday 31st of May at 20:00 in my university ESNE and the entrance is free, until the capacity is full, so you are all more than invited to come and be a part of such an important moment for my classmates and me. Last week we had our model casting and it was so exciting to finally see our clothes on the models. Hope to see you all there, save the date.

Un look cañero para empezar la semana con fuerzas. Estoy súper contento, mi colección está casi acabada, solo quedan rematar pequeños detalles y ya está, así que pronto subiré un pequeño avanze. Y también se la fecha del desfile, el viernes 31 de mayo a las 20:00 en mi uni ESNE y la entrada es libre hasta llenar el aforo, asi que estáis todos más que invitados a venir y formar parte de un momento tan especial para mis compañeros y para mi. La semana pasada tuvimos nuestro casting de modelos y fue muy emotivo el por fin ver nuestra ropa sobre modelos. Espero veros a todos allí, guardar el día.
